Tracking number is usually will be sent to you after the item has been shipped via email. In case you don’t receive your tracking number, it may be because your item is so small that we don’t have tracking number for it, in that case, please contact us via email@example.com to know the estimate delivery time.
We do our best to ship out your orders as soon as possible. Within the United States, Apparel items such as T-Shirts, Long Sleeve, Sweatshirt, Hoodie, etc … will usually need around 1-3 business days for printing and handling, then they will be shipped and delivered in the next 3-5 days. In conclusion, the estimate delivery time for apparel will be around 4-8 business days.
Apparel is printed and shipped from the USA. Once we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking info so you can follow the order during transit. Tracking oftentimes takes 1-2 days to update once we ship it out. If you have any issues with delivery or the shipping address, please let us know. We are able to change the address before the order ships, but not after.
If you do not receive your item within 14 business days from date of purchase, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the status.
Teejolly Store successfully ship lots of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!
Since we have many different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
If this happens to you, email us within 6 hours, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
